SEI can tailor client engagements that span the full spectrum of engagement possibilities. They can range from providing critical resources, i.e. architectural, technical, or management / leadership resources, to complete project outsourcing including management, planning, design, development, and support. Our consultants’ breadth of experience allows them to perform multiple roles and functions, with our core competencies being in technical leadership, and the management of projects, processes, and change.

  The Practice Areas focus on delivering services for very targeted business needs, but SEI also has disciplines like OCM, SPM, and STM that span all business problem spaces.  

Within each of these practice areas, we engage in a well defined approach and provide a flexible Development Framework that can drive the development efforts or extend our client’s existing development methodology.
