SEI assisted one of the world’s largest commercial banks in an enterprise-wide Financial Data Warehouse (FDW) implementation. With the implementation of a new financial reporting system, all legacy reporting tools needed to be replaced.

Organizational Strategy
SEI was responsible for managing the organizational strategy and implementation program for one of the world’s largest financial services company’s Information Management organizations. The business driver for this program was the recent acquisition of a corporation that dominated its market space, and the need to consolidate and rationalize organizations and systems.

Enterprise Content Management
SEI assisted one of the world’s largest commercial banks with an enterprise content management and collaboration environment with an initial focus on the implementation of SharePoint 2007. The strategic objective of the ECM/SharePoint initiative was to enable a higher level of productivity and collaboration throughout the global organization.
