SEI led the process discovery and analysis effort for the Compliance Department of a pioneer in the Mutual Fund industry. The client faced challenges with undocumented processes and procedures, resulting in a disparate level of knowledge among staff members, as well as a large amount of uncertainty around the setup of the workflow application.

Process Improvement – Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance
SEI was responsible for a process improvement initiative within the biotechnology division of one of Europe’s largest pharmaceutical companies. The project was performed within the HR department, and was prompted by an internal audit that revealed a number of processes that were out of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
