Development Framework

SEI has created its own Development Framework for the definition, design, and execution of projects based on our years of IT experience and the identification of best practices. The framework provides an approach for solution delivery that result in repeatable, rapid delivery for our clients. SEI’s Development Framework is an iterative approach based on Microsoft’s Solutions Development Framework. This is a disciplined approach to developing software releases according to three models; a team model, process model, and application model. SEI’s development methodology provides a flexible framework that easily dovetails into existing client methodologies or can be utilized as a robust standalone methodology.

Underlying the overall framework is a foundation of structured project management, risk management, and quality assurance to control the project, enable rapid delivery, ensure quality deliverables, and capitalize on knowledge sharing opportunities between the client and the consulting team.
