We operate with a participative management style, employing full open book management. All of the financial details, business plans, and strategies are known to everyone in the company, and everyone is encouraged to participate in the business functions. The employees have a say in the future of the business and how their results impact client satisfaction. Every employee has the opportunity to own stock and participate in incentive stock rewards. This aligns the interests of the individual with the interests of the company to ultimately better serve our clients.
