Employee Benefits
SEI understands that there is more to compensation than pay. We provide a full compliment of benefits that not only cover the employee, but also provide benefits for the family. Below are some highlights of the benefits SEI provides. Note that some benefits require a certain length of employment or level of experience within the company in order to obtain them.
Medical
SEI offers a premium medical plan, complete with excellent prescription benefits, where an employee can choose their level of coverage: employee only, family options, or no coverage.
Dental
SEI provides an employer funded dental plan which will cover all members of the family. The plan includes partial payment for orthodontia.
Short Term Disability
Fully funded by SEI.
Long Term Disability
Fully funded by SEI.
Life Insurance
$100,000 Life Coverage and $100,000 Accidental Death fully funded by employer. In addition, you can apply for additional coverage for self, spouse and children with little or no underwriting with easy payroll deductions for premiums.
Long Term Care
The need to plan for long term care is an increasingly important issue facing individuals today. SEI recognizes that need and offers a base plan of $2,000 a month for 3 years fully funded by the employer. This plan has buy up options for the employee and is available to purchase for family members as well.
Retirement
SEI offers a 401K Plan for employees interested in saving for retirement. Participation in the plan is optional and the employee determines contribution amounts.
Personal Time Bank
Staff Consultants accrue four weeks paid time off per year for the purposes of vacation, holidays, sick time, and personal matters. (Overtime hours can be banked, increasing the opportunities for time off)
Overtime Pay
Additional hours billed in a pay period can be immediately paid as overtime or can be banked for additional time off.
Bonus Compensation Opportunities
A bonus compensation plan exists to reward consultants for significant contributions in areas such as knowledge contribution and reuse, special projects, corporate support, and other results that benefit the clients and the business.
Profit Sharing and Stock Ownership Plans
Available to Senior and Principal Consultants.
